I am a true believer in self-growth.


Yoga has brought me closer to my most authentic and higher self, which will always continue to evolve. I want to give back to the community and share yogic paths with one another through compassion and connection.

My teaching style is grounded, mindful vinyasa yoga with an emphasis on alignment, anatomy, and being present in the body. Physically, I believe in balancing strength and stability with the right amount of space and opening to obtain longevity in our bodies. It is also crucial to connect to what we feel; to be embodied. I'm interested in searching for truth in the body in hopes of finding acceptance + awareness without judgment. Every body is unique and so is everyone's individual practice.

I am deeply committed to community, cultural awareness, and inclusivity, and I believe empathy and visibility are essential—for ourselves and for each other. As a proud Filipina-American and a complex human shaped by my own story, I see you, and I honor your story and your humanness. I am excited to announce that I will be finishing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with the intention of weaving together yoga and therapeutic practice. I look forward to holding space and sharing in your life’s journey, in whatever form that may take.
